Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September, 1983 in Worthington Ohio, is an American actor. Maggie Grace is most well-known for playing Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills as well in ABC's Lost television show. After her parents' divorce the actress left Worthington Ohio in order to settle with her family in Los Angeles. The year 2001 was a difficult one for her, but despite financial struggles she managed get her first significant part in the web-based video series Rachel's Room in the role of Rachel's Room's principal character. The actress was able to secure an Young Artist Award nomination in 2002, for her role as fifteen-year-old victim Martha Moxley in the television film Murder which aired in Greenwich. In 2004, Grace was chosen to play Shannon Rutherford in the television show Lost on which she was a main cast member for the first two seasons. She was also awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the cast of the ensemble. Grace left the show to pursue a acting career. She had appeared alongside Tom Welling opposite in The Fog in 2005. In 2007, she was on screen in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and, opposite Liam Neeson's Kim Mills as Kim Mills in Taken. The role was reprised in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the main character Alice In Malice in Wonderland a modern adaptation of Lewis Carroll's book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to Shannon's character in Lost for two additional episodes, including the final episode of the series. In 2013, she was in the seventh season Californication. She portrays Faith as a fan and muse of the celebrities. Hank Moody as played by David Duchovny falls in love with her. She began her career when she was a teenager, playing small appearances in the films of her father and starred with her brother in the cult favorite Donnie Darko (2001). Her subsequent roles included Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind in 2002, as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003).
